We need raptor cloak back

For reminders, Raptor cloak was a item that gave: 30 armor 125% HP regen And the point runner passive: gain up to 20% movement speed after being near a turret, dead turret, or a Zzrot (RIP).

The top lane meta is fucked right now. Soraka can be picked top. Vayne insta wins against melee. Everyone is complaining about zero impact. ADCs can take PTA and force you to farm under turret for 15 minutes all while still being able to harass you because of some weird turret agro shit. Raptor cloak wasn't just a darius item. Raptor cloak was an item that gave you comfort under your tower. An item that made you think: this isnt as fucking awful as before i had raptor cloak.

If we cant have raptor cloak back, then give us an item in the same vein as raptor cloak. An item about resistances, HP regen, and being near turrets, and I have an idea.

Costs 150 gold to combine, so 1050 gold in total Gives: 25 magic res 25 armor 50% hp regen Unique passive called Architect’s element: while near turrets or dead turrets, regen up to 5% of missing HP every 5 seconds, building up over 2.5 seconds. Only 82% gold efficient when not under turrets

Missing hp regen is tricky to put a price on. Lets say the average champ has 60 hp per level and 630 base hp. At level 7, the average champ would have 1050 hp without items. If they are under tower because they got bullied to 30% hp by a ranged champion, the item is 96% gold efficient. It doesnt need to go over 100% like raptor cloak did. The item isnt a fighting item, its an “I can exist against a ranged champion” item. A comforting pat on the back to let you know that its ok. The lane bully cant hurt you like they did before. You dont need to back as often anymore. Go for those minions under tower, you deserve them.

Will it build into anything? No, because like the doran items, it doesn't need to. Its there for the laning phase, and thats it. Removing raptor cloak because it didn't build into anything anymore was so dumb. Ok riot go remove the doran items from the game. Doran's shield doesn't build into anything so go remove it.

Seriously tho i want something to survive against poke lanes top.
