A small change to mark/dash
Can it be set up so only melee champs can take it? Out of all the games on the bridge I've played since it came out is ranged champs use it more as a tool to feed the enemy team. Seriously

are great with it, it gives them more threat. Whereas

or even 
should NEVER be able to take it.
Rito, please make this small change. I'm tired of people using a summoner's spell as a feeding tool and the threat of reporting isn't a deterrent.
Melee aren't the only ones good with it! I do agree that too many people take it simply because it's neat and new, but don't or can't use it well with the champion they have.
