One major issue with Riven and Kat

The biggest issue with and is the fact neither of them have a resource to pull from for their abilities. It's actually really dumb that so long as either of them has the health for it they can stay in lane indefinitely whereas everyone else needs to back off to regenerate energy or pop a blue pot. Honestly, it's about time they got something to tone them down a bit. The fact they can spam abilities with zero consequences is idiotic and in decent hands can throw the game one way.

That being said, it's about time they received a resource. I wouldn't mind seeing an energy bar like the ninja's all have, just have something to make them actually have to think and not just mash keys to victory.
