illaoi op and useless at the same time

As all of you know, she's considered one of the best lane bullies and she's always the one getting first blood turrets cuz of that constant shoving lanes and free harass. Her early and mid game are so good that she can 1v2 or even 1v3 if she's ahead, with that she can pressure one lane and release pressure from other lanes. Her only weakness is late game when in general any team comp having 2 tanks and 3 dps carries. She has low mobility and can't get past the front line, even if she does (those flash plays).. she's definitely gonna be cc'd and killed. You can verify this fact from her winrate versus game time graphs. She has high winrate at 25-35 min, after that it declines significantly. Now I have this idea, instead of her ulti giving her 1.5 sec cd on w.. I believe her ulti should be giving her overall cooldown for her abilities... q w e not just w. OR maybe give her w more range so she can chase ppl.
