Lower early game bloodbaths

I m here suggest a simple change to make early game more bearable for some matchups(most of 'em) cause we all have been slain many times before 3 minute mark early game damage is high, deaths in 2 lanes at 5 min and game is 80% over

SO global buff base HP. All champs get at min 150 base HP buff. and lower HP per level. So at level 18 we end up with just about the same total HP that we currently have.

cause damage amp'ed tactical nukes for keystones more AD armor nerfed MR nerfed

red team jg starts red buff, u waiting as first 3 melee minions are almost near death for last hitting, enemy top laner and jg appears outta no where, nukes u and u flash cause damage is too high. if both have cc u die.

shit is no fun.

Maybe simpler to nerf Electrocute? Nerfing earl game would be too hard on champs like Draven that NEED to snowball early cuz they have no outplay potential at all for late.

Lmao every Caitlyn and Thresh botlane I get against my Draven lol. TBH Draven does have bad design lol only good early and only online late if hes snowballed.

i've got a better idea: till minute 10 the kills give 150 gold less and if someone dies multiple times in a row he wont drop any gold.
