Impossible lag

Ever since this last patch the lag has gone from terrible to impossible. All game every game I keep bouncing between 40ms-350ms spikes, and when the spike comes if you're walking in a direction you just keep walking, and if you're trying to cast good luck because it doesn't go off at all.
