Think about it we have a bunch of high Mr items now with

why not have another, just tweak it and im sure it could return.
My idea for it was make it an armor item since we lack some good armor items that give health regen, or focus its movespeed and keep it an Mr item since we do not have a lot of Mr items with move speed either way works.
