Depends, Do you want to be extra annoyingly drain-Tanky? Then Get Windspeaker's, if you just want more damage, then DeathFire touch is better.

However, you could do 0/18/12 grab Windspeakers and the Resolve mastery that increases all regeneration effects on yourself and become the hella tanky annoying piece of **** vlad that never dies.

Thunerder lords to have a stronger early game it fits nicely

Windspeakers is overrated on Vlad. Deathfire touch is probably the best bet. Your Q applies the full duration dot and since his pre-9 leveling is so garbage, it at least makes the long CD on your Q more bearable as the trade is that much more effective.

Just look on lolking for setups.

I'd prefer Cunning keystones, as you can opt into 45% CDR if you use either a 20% CDR page (9 scaling blues, 1 scaling quint) with WotA or , or 30% CDR page (9 scaling blues, 3 scaling quints) with WotA and ///.

Stormraider's actually IS a viable option, as mobility is something Vlad really appreciates in teamfights. This will let you get on and stick to their carry with QEWQE easily. 200 extra damage of burst isn't huge for Vlad, and neither is 10% healing. All cunning are interchangeable for Vlad, imo. Might just be me, though.

However, as stated earlier, the best keystone is probably DFT. Worth giving up 4% extra damage and 5% extra CDR though? Maybe. I think the DPS from more E+Qs and W CDs syncing better for EQWEQ EQWEQ is worth it.
