[Cassiopeia] Passive Tweak, Miasma Vision, Ult revert/tweak ! (Some Ideas)

#Hey there,

I used to main Cassio back in Season 2. After her ... rework I kind of stopped playing her. Now that she has come more close to her original Playstyle I thought I jump in with a few Ideas how to help her out.

Please note: These are suggestions and Numbers are tbd. Also it might not be wise to take in everything.

[Passive]

New: When hitting an (poisoned?) enemy (Champion?) with Twin Fangs [E], this Bonus Movementspeed is Doubled/Tripled (whatever number seems fine) for ~ 0,5 Seconds.

The Passive gives Cassiopeia later a bit more MS than most other (Mages) also granting her "an additional" item Slot, while she has to set back in in early/mid game because she can not buy Boots. Since the release of Kalista, I always felt that the "hopping" Passive should have been for Cassio (when casting E/Twin Fang). I am not yet sure how strong this Passive is, but I would look to suggest a "nuance" for it, really making Cassio a fast striking Snake. So basically a "Soft-Kalista Passive", that will pay out more the late Game, while the MS of Q will be most relevant in early/mid (or for hunting down far targets). On the other Hand it would make Cassio (even more sticky).

Q is very close to the original, but still it feels differently for me like more delayed/smaller than before (although numbers are saying its the same), maybe because I stopped playing Cass regulary. Nothing more to say here.

W has changed a lot; it definetely feels and is different. The Minimun Range is something one must get used to I guess (and with the MS of Q and the tweaked/added MS from the Passive suggestion it might even work better to go in the desired distance). Everything left is:

Ah Twin Fang, one hate them one love them. If the previous rework had a good Idea it was the Poison Amp. But it wasnt that impactfull because Q had low damage and you needed at least 1 Second of applying it so it actually had only ~2/3 of its strenght. I would like to see a mechanic like this, as it would allow Cassio to either Level Q or E like she used to and making a more risk/reward choice too. (See Passive for the Speed Amp of E).

New: Hitting Targets with E, empowers the Poison Damage on it. (?)

I really like the Idea of the Ult. What I dont like: its feels clunky and also has the bug of shooting the visual effect in a random direction whilst the actual cast is done properly (did they fix that? I ve just experienced recently.).

After her ... Rework, they nerfed both Base AND scaling Damage in Order to compensate for her AP Passive. Well that one is gone, can we have the Impact back? It already feels bad enough not to hit the stun, why nerfing the Slow? Plus casting the Ult with the delay still feels very...clunky.

Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 50% AP) --> 200/ 300/ 400 (+60% AP) Slow:~~ 40%~~ --> 60% Cast delay: ~~Full ~~--> halved

[Passive] Bonus is doubled/increased when hitting enemies with E. [Q] - [W] Grants Vision in the Area. [E] Empowers Poison Damage (?) otherwise - [** R**] +50 Base Damage, + 10% AP scale (revert from before the rework), 40% Slow ---> 60% Slow (reverted), Cast time reduced (to make it feel less clunky)
