Akali: Broken since inception

Akali is a champ that needs to be banned until she is reworked. Her kit requires no skill whatsoever because there are no skill shots. She is a point, click, delete champ, and that is toxic at all stages of the game. Her shroud's AOE should be dramatically reduced in size and slow. It is too easy for her to just hide invisibly and then q, r, e, run back to invisibility and repeat. The most broken thing about akali is her passive. Akali's passive turns her from assassin to fighter because she will heal faster than you can hurt her. Her passive should be reworked into something that focuses on her invisibility and attacking from it. Something like "When Akali goes invisible, her next strike deals extra damage and/or heals for X amount"
