More champions with no weapons

Or at least champions that use different weapons like tonfas, nunchuks, throwing knives, etc. I say this with the notion that Riot begins with ideas for characters based off of references instead of weapons.

On a side note, I have been trying to conceptualize 2 champions that are a wrestler and boxer empowered with thunder and lightning respectively. They are brothers, and are a tag-team from an underground fight circle in Bilgewater.
