Is it really that bad to let your team carry you?

I don't understand why people are so mad when they are getting carried. I mean, ya, it sucks that you aren't having the best game. But the rest of the team is winning, you aren't going to carry every game.

Then there's me. If it's ten minutes into the game and our Top or ADC is 7/0/3, I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the ride. Build tank or utility and let him carry. Or if i'm losing lane, i'll completely stop trying for the big play. Just play safe, farm and be useful for the rest of the team.

The reason i bring this up is because I've had two straight games where our adc try'd to surrender a winning game because, "I'm not carrying this game." We are up by 15 kills, we're up by 10k gold. You're not gonna carry every game. And when you're not, don't try and make the team rage at each other because you're under performing one game.
