The current state of top lane

Why is it like this? Why can't I play anyone else other than CC-bots or champs with Retarded amounts of unconditional mobility in top lane without being fucked over? Imagine you are playing vs 2 mobile champs. While your jungler jacks off at his blue, that is going to dash to you from a caitlyn range away, ult you and you are left to the mercy of the enemy . You are now forced to sit under tower and farm with Q, and your early game potential wasted as the enemy roams and gets first blood tower. You lose. I miss season 5 when u actually did more than wait for ur jungler to win lane.
