Ive been spamming all adcs to see how crit changes are on all of them. I feel like these changes helped alot. I actually feel like a late game carry again. The only thing that I would recommend is please get conqueror out of the game lmao, but anyways. Early game still is weak but has more options for adcs now which is nice.
IIRC, there's been talk of reworking/replacing Conqueror with something like the old Fervor of Battle rune, giving you stacking AD the longer you stay in combat with champions.
The new crit changes feel better because marksmen are back to a 3 item core =/ If riot could see beyond a few feet they would have reworked storm razor and given us new AD+Crit items a long time ago, while keeping the current form of zeal items and IE.
