Starting champions

So I noticed a section of the site I hadn't looked at before, looks to be for new players, and I noticed there were now a few champions unlocked by default for new players, which is definitely a step in the right direction.

> Every player starts out with access to the same 10 champions: Ezreal, Kayn, Lee Sin, Morgana, Riven, Sona, Tristana, Veigar, Warwick, and Zed.

But why these champions specifically? There are definitely better champs for newer players than Lee Sin or Riven, Kayne, Zed and Ezreal are a bit strange to see there as well

Morgana, Sona, Tristana and Warwick are fine other than the fact that Warwick seems to be listed as a top laner with no mention that he can jungle.

As for the rest there are champs that might be way easier for a new player to pick up without getting overwhelmed like
