**Feast *new passive at 3rd rank Great Terror when Cho'gath executes a champion or epic monster while at 6 stacks he Let's out a terrifying global roar which overrides baron/dragon, grows 33% in size and breaks his size cap, but can no longer be concealed by bushes. Cho'gath gains the ability to ghost through minions and champions; Cho'gath also gains the ability to path through some areas of terrain.

All enemy units get a debuff called Terror. Terror slows all enemy units that have vision of Cho'gath and are within 1000 units of him by 10, however gives it enemy champions 5 out of combat movement speed while moving away from him

While this buff is active Cho'gath does an extra 50 + .1 ap on hit and get's 20% increased attack speed while attacking towers structures

This buff lasts 1 minute

Should probably be more overloaded.

Actually that was just a part of the visual touch ups given in mass to champions a while ago. The person that did the touch ups for his default skin just went above and beyond what was expected.
