It takes the removal of an item that doesn't have spell vamp for people to care about spell vamp.

I care. I would get WoA a lot. Like third or fourth item. Kept me in lane. Helped defend turrets in 2-3v1. People care because the only SV item is gone how. I don't miss gun blade but WoA I will miss. I don't think the new health for mana spent will cover the SV lose.

Nobody actually cares about spell vamp.
