I call bullshit. If he can clear a minion wave with 1 Q, you already fed him, your bad.

If he uses Q and has to come in to hit aminion, poke him. Its a weakness, learn to exploit it.

But he has so much counterplay. You can dodge his Q and W and ult and he'll only barely win the trade. Also, you can win if you go 5v1 against him. Very balanced.
