Advanced builds

I think League is a genually awesome strategy game. But I was thinking... What if you could upgrade item use? Like with what you did with the rune builds, you can add items, or make different item combinations for every champion. Becaue I think items now are already, solved. Everyone knows what to buy for everyone. So if you could consider enhancing items and maybe give champions multiple builds that are equally effective but for different play styles. Consider it.
