If i add up all the games where i...... it equals to almost 72 games. If i didnt ...... those games then would i possibly be gold? Im thinking yes...

Have you considered/tried things like positive reinforcement? Where you have a bowl of candy next to you that you don't touch except in moments you steer away from tilted/tilting behavior?

i mean lets face it... My goal is to get into gold, which I know ill perform fine in. Nevertheless getting into gold will always be hindered by how hard I tilt. I let A LOT of games go to losses due to this. That being said, ive accepted that I wont leave silver till im amazing and still tilt easy.

You'll eventually get there :) Just work on the things that hinder you, and you'll eventually get where you want to be at.
