The most amazing Dr. Mundo build!!!!!!!

So I have played Dr. Mundo for a while, but he has always seemed a little unexciting to me. Well not anymore!!! The other day I thought that Trinnity Force would work well on him, because of the empowered auto attack from his E. So i built that on him. Then I thought about how Steraks gage's increased base AD works well with trinnity force and its a tanky Item (I dont know why more people dont build those items together btw. its op) and I got a ton of damage! Then I built Titanic Hydra and with the empowered auto from that two, I could seriously take Half Hp from a Squishy with one auto! You do an insane amount of damage with this build, and you are still disgustingly tanky!

What do you guys think of this build? After trying tons and tons of different builds, this is the best one I have found! Are there any other builds that you guys like better for him? And why dont more people build Steraks with Trinnity??
