Kayle can't use Sated Devourer anymore

Why not? Because of the Phantom Hit being nerfed to every 4 for ranged champs? I honestly don't see a problem with it, even without the devourer Kayle is extremely difficult to get away from with her slow and speed buff, but thats just me.
