Make Kalista's basic attacks scales with 100% AD again
She has been the weakest ADC for months...

if they do it, she will jump right back to the strongest adc.
she needs a rework, especially to her broken passive. and not buffs.
I think they should make a mini rework... add a cap to rend, decrease support reliance (attack speed reliance at least) and maybe they'll have something to work with....
as is they just kept nerfing her to stop being picked in pro play when it was due to the baron control etc... they let keeping her objective control as a strength get in the way of having any sort of chance with balancing her and just gave up on her which I thought was sad
She needs a rework.
When she's viable, a lot of melee champions aren't, because of her passive.
Also, I always hated supporting a Kalista in solo queue. Forcibly having your control taken away by a random other player is not fun.
