Lucian R its not dealing additional damage against minions
I played him twice this morning and I noticed this

yep really annoying..... and very obvious. Riot should of noticed before release.
Yep his ult hits like a wet noodle, takes multiple shots to kill a minion
Same here ultimate wont even clear an entire wave.
It's been like this since the patch landed. This should be easy as fk to fix. Clearly something to do with the minion changes. Please fix this, I won't be playing Lucian until it does.

Noticed too
Can't even kill casters at level 1 without using the entire ultimate. I noticed it on Project Lucian, wasn't sure if it's present on the other skins as well. Unfortunately, it makes Lucian nigh on unplayable.
