[Question for Riot] Swain's rework's similarity to Poppy?

Hi, I would really appretiate if a rioter, especially from the rework team, could answer my question:

Poppy was reworked due to her kit being outdated and unhealthy, but what concerns me the most and - I guess, according to Riot's statement they have the same opinion - because her theme "shouts tank, but is played as an assassin". That resulted into MASSIVE changes to her kit and even to her core gameplay.

My question is: Is Swain looked at by Riot the same way? Do you think tanky battle mage and pretty simple and direct playstyle fits the Master Tactitian theme (and if some kind of a disruptor isn't more fitting)? I'm sure you don't want to leak any information if there even are any (which I believe are not, he's not anywhere on the top of the VGU list), but I guess this is the kind of thoughts you like to share, right? :P

I've always thought that the Master Tactician fighting like a berserker when he goes beast mode was sort of the point :O

Actually, He is one of the strong candidates for full VGU said Meddler

I think I could use wrong expression, but by the "top of the VGU list" I mean next three or so updates, which are Yorick (I believe he's almost finished), Warwick, (someone...? Urgot?), Evelynn and I don't think there are enough resources for another rework to be worked on, if it is even worked on all of these. That's why I am asking if there even is the philosophy behind this, or if it's not decided yet. Do we understand each other now? :)
