Riot, please do something about this.
Why is it allowed to play new champions in ranked? I just had an Aurelion Sol say "I dont play normals, only ranked. lol". Sol said he/she is "really new" to Aurelion. So, why is this behavior acceptable? Normals are for trying new champions and learning them, not ranked. You should only be able to play a champion if you have level 2 or higher on it to prevent this from happening. It is a shame that innocent players are punished because of that. I know I'm not the only this happens too.
