Blitzcrank Q suggestion for counterplay

Here's one way to add counterplay to Blitz's Q without removing the reward of landing it: Press Q to charge robo arm - an animation shows that Blitz is preparing his hook. After .75 seconds, the robo arm is ready - Blitz can fire when ready Robo arm goes on cooldown after 5 seconds - Blitz has 5 seconds to land his hook. If enemies can maintain safe positioning for 5 seconds, they have successfully countered that attempt. If the arm is never fired, Blitz could get half/all the mana refunded or a shortened cooldown.

This would give enemies a clear counterplay to the ability, **without losing any of the reward **of landing the hook. It creates a window of opportunity for the ability and raises the skill cap of one of the most devastating non-ultimates in the game.

You can counter it. It's called dodging.

Blitz has an incredibly obvious counter if you don't have a limited champ pool. I'll immediately pick Blitz if I see Soraka, Sona, or some heal based support on the enemy team, but I refuse to blind pick Blitz at my elo cause often enough, the enemy support will be smart enough to pick a tank support. If you going against Blitz with a tank support, you essentially nullify him. All you have to do is walk between him and your adc, and he can't do crap about it. Though for obvious reasons, don't do this when you're too close to their tower. If he pulls and knocks up you, your adc is completely free to reign hell on the enemy and you can just walk over to their now nearby adc and use your CC on them.

...pick any champ that weighs more than blitz and he'll get pulled over instead.
