Gragas might need a tweak. 70% to 80% - 85% Minion Damage

Does anyone think his 70% Damage to minions should be 80% instead. My build is Because this would allow his casket if allowed to charge for 2 seconds to kill the minion casters in one shot around early mid game. Where as if you don't build Ap, csing takes a combo of body slam and Casket to kill them. Either that or then casket which is fine except when you can't get that close to proc . I think this would make him a lot better overall as farming pre-nerf was one of his best perks. I say this especially when I think of ziggs, syndra, annie and chogath just a few names with good wave clear especially ziggs.
