People used to say the exact same thing about countering Nidalee before her rework.

Zhonya's with lots of active item cool down in your runes is really nice. Throw in cleanse and you are pretty much always immune to her e. As for her actual damage banshees seems like it would be really good, but I usually do merc treads and I'm fine.
