Champs who can get kills easily

I'm talking about mid and top laners. So I've used to play champs who can dominate lanes, are good in teamfights but can't get kills on lane easily(like Annie, Rumble, Malphite, Shen) and I can't get many kills(snowball) on my own even if I dominate the lane. Not because I don't have the damage to, but because the enemy plays safe. So suggest me some champs that are strong right now and can pick up kills easily in lane, but do no rely on enemy's positioning(annie can get easy kills too, but only if they come in range). I was thinking of buying right now, what do you think?

the problem with most champions who have kill pressure is that they're either bad in teamfights, are prone to ganks/counterganks, or they're just really feast-or-famine. if that's the style you want to try out though, then by all means go for it.

ahri is a decent choice. yasuo can get some 1v1 dueling kills in once he buys shiv and gets into a side lane. LB still has massive kill pressure in lane. TF is easy-peasy freelo kills in solo queue, but you have to be willing to miss a lot of cs for risky roams/ults. zed still has kill pressure and a strong laning phase. fizz also has high kill pressure once he hits 6.
