Can we get a revert of Muramanas Active?

I like this item a ton since i play Udyr top but getting the finished item is actually really bad on him since all his abilities are AA oriented and he runs oom really quickly because the item is no longer an active, It makes Seraphs Embrace a better buy on him rather than Muramana since you dont have to worry about depleting your mana reserves.

Having the choice of doing more damage was way more intuitive than automatically doing more damage until you have 20% of your reserves left.
