If you have just come off a 14 day suspension. How long and for how many games are you at risk of perma-ban if you say anything in game at all? Does anyone know how "reformation" in the punishment system works. How long do you have to be good before you are taking off the "warning" list and into the "Good doggy, have a bone" list that Riot has?

As you can see, I am sarcastic about this automated system because it can never account for individual circumstances etc. Plus I do not believe it is Riot's job to be telling players how to play the game and its up to the individual to reform because they want to, not because they are being made to by a Riot nanny-state.

Individual circumstances don't (and shouldn't) play into punishment when you break the summoner's code. For example, it is not MY PROBLEM that you're having a crap day and are being toxic towards me because of it. Realistically, your bad behavior is your problem and you are responsible for it.

Also, you're entitled to your opinion of whether it is Riot's place to control the atmosphere in their game played on their servers, but the reality is that it IS up to them. It's not up to you to decide that it is ok to be toxic towards other people just trying to play a game and relax.

As to your comment, you do NOT have to reform. That is up to you. Riot is not forcing you to reform. Riot is taking action against you for not reforming. There is a difference.

it's a mix of games played and time elapsed. estimates put it at 4-6 months
