A ranged champ with no punish window and permanent lane sustain?
His punish window is marked over his head, it is between his Q cd especially between his empowered Q cd and when you burn his W.
I can rush grievous but that never does anything, he can literally do the dumbest crap and steal heal everything back or W away.
A single 800 gold items isn’t enough to utterly turn off his kit nor should it be.
His entire kit screams 'oops I messed up', he is unpoke-able and ranged, no matter how many Es I miss or walk away when his Q can crit, he just seems to be able to shred me while healing back my damage + more not to mention his waveclear, and by late game he just walks around casually 1shotting everyone with Q.
His Q can’t crit, it can just get empowered, he is quite pokeable and his early game is weak so that is your window to exploit.
It just seems like it's GG every time the enemy picks Vlad, are there any counters?
Plenty, champions like Riven Darius and Renekton who can dash in and trade then retreat before he can get his rhythm goi g are good, Darius once he lands a pull outright hard DPSes him the entire landing phase
Champions who have ranged themselves and have ways to eat up some of his burst like Rumble can beat him as long as they play smart.
If you ever think a champion is trophy strong and/or you wonder why a champion seems busted, play then, a lot of most champions power comes from mastery rather then raw numbers and when you are the one at the control tend to be far less powerful then when you were playing against it.
