On the subject of Fizz and his laning phase

It sucks. he gets beaten in every way possible until lvl 6 which by that time he usually has extremely low farm and probably 1 death which means guess what !?! HE STILL SUCKS! even with a mega shark engage his w takes so long to do any damage i find my targets getting away easily or their team surrounding them and blocking my engage. his stats are garbage he has no way to protect himself no ranged counter harass and no hope to win the laning phase.

I know that the new assasin updates are supposed to give the enemy time to react but fizz needs like 4 seconds to get off a full combo. as far as im concerned thats far too long.

The way he would survive his laning phase prerework was whenever his enemy walked up to harass he would wq in hit um once or twice then e out leaving lots of time between his e cooldowns for him to be harassed and pushed under tower.

which brings me to my next point. his waveclear... oooooooooooh its abysmal. you cant even clear the caster minions pre 6 because you just take so much damage from the enemy laner that its not worth it. his e has a massive tradeoff; farm or stay alive its just too much to lose on either side.

TL:DR fizz damage sucks waveclear sucks harass sucks farming sucks base armor and mr buff pls (cdr on E would also be great)
