It looked like it would've been an interesting AP support item, what happened to it? Would've been nice to have a way to restore allies' mana besides Clarity.

probubly something similar with what happend with ludan's echo. it will come back or not, we may never know

I feel like a Rioter said it didn't "hit the mark" but I'd like to hear more about it. New items are exciting and this sounded really cool. It looks like it was an alternative to Archangel's Staff for mages wanting CDR, the passive and CDR makes me think it was gonna build out of Tear + Fiendish Codex. But they were also making a mana Kindlegem so maybe it was gonna build them from that.

Maybe we'll get it someday? They might be making more changes to it. Either that or they've decided the newly buffed Grail will tide mages over for now. But I'd like to get it anyway. New items are great.

Wasn't fully developed. Not ready for beta testing. Probably only got thrown in by accident along with the Echo files.
