Ashe passive

Added onto the passive increase, or a replacement? I'm going to assume replacement, and that is a bad idea. To get max stacks, you would need to kill 33 minions, not that hard early game when all you are doing is farming minions, but as you progress to mid and late game, you are in, or should be in more team fights, where minions aren't as common. And getting only 6 stacks per champion kill won't help you at all in team fights. Her passive is fine as is, she has an amazing engage with her ultimate's stun, passive slow, and 100%~ crit chance on first hit entering a battle. Now sure if you buy crit items, and get maybe 50%~ crit chance, your passive will always reset to 50/100 stacks, but the same problem is still there; there aren't always minions to get stacks off of.
