Gragas needs buffs bad
He feels kind of bad top, mid and really bad in the jungle. He feels ok support but thats because as support you just need to provide cc and ward for your team and utilize your pings. Please riot, fix this.

Honestly, they cant do it. I'd ask for kat buffs, but if a Pro player abuses it , they will nerf it. Because riot makes decisions based on Pro play rather than the majority of players in low elo
