Shaco needs a buff

So I have played shaco since my beginning in league and now they ruined the power of his E ability so you can't even kill a single minion. He is without a doubt one of the weakest champions in the game after the rework. His Q buff means you have to get in melee but they didn't really give him the staying power to be there. He is has become a tickle and run champ who used to be a kill and run champ. One tip I offer, if you are determined to take away his burst then compensate by making him tankier or the trio of boxes on his ult should automatically. Giving people a reason to respect his damage at any stage of the game instead of merely brushing him aside at all stages of the game and simply walking away from him.
