Volibear

Ok so idk if you know riot, but everyone has forgotten volibear. there is a reason for this. right now he is probably the worst champion in the game. here is how you buff him with out breaking him. buff his damage, he feels insanely weak before 20 minutes and by then every other jungler has done their job. make it so his e fears champs and make his q ability, a dash instead of a lame speed boost. bam sick ass champ that everybody forgot. your welcome.
