Inting in a good way (Discussion)

Let's say that you're playing a game and your team wants to secure the baron, but the enemy team keeps pressuring the baron so that your team either can't take it or would die if they tried to, losing the game. So, you decide to distract the enemy team by running into their base and intentionally dying, baiting the enemy team off the baron and making it so that your team can take it. Or, you diving onto a tower to kill it, even though your laner is there, so that although you die, you get the first tower gold.

Are these times where it would be ok to report the person that does this? I'm genuinely curious as to what you guys think about this, and if the person would deserve to get banned for inting in these cases? Feel free to discuss (or even argue) with other people about their opinions on this matter.

you can split bot to draw attention away from baron but running into their base is silly.

I 100% agree with these. I feel like if Riot banned you for this, and they manually reviewed your game, they would lift the ban.

Inting and griefing are totally different in league. You can int for the purpose of saving your ADC's life if you are support.

Griefing on the other hand is like when your ADC misses the kill, backs off, but you tower dive for the kill.

You still die, and your ADC is all alone now and vulnerable.

That is grief if it isn't a sorely bad misplay.
