Her old W actually (Sinister Steel). Q has been Bouncing blade before, just modified now (1 less bounce, now leaves a dagger). Her new W tosses a dagger at the cast location, while boosting her move speed while the dagger is in the air (1.25 seconds), with the general idea of giving her an escape Shunpo point before engaging an enemy.

She can also use Shunpo (E) to move to daggers, which again, refunds most of the cooldown for Shunpo, triggers her passive's spin attack, and give her more mobility options.
