As an aside: German Shepherd breeding requires the dog be "removed" of disease and weakness. I assume you are referring to what the British call the "frog" variant of the German Shepherd. In England, GS with that deformity are considered outside the required breeding pattern of the GS and are banned from dog shows and from their deformed children being considered GS. (Good for England, it's unfair to reward poor breeding practices.)
