Champion Rework first thoughts

Without looking through the updates my thoughts on the reworks were as follows What?!? he can have a pet dragon SWEET! Wow Dunk Master will actually be true now, Nothing huge stands out, I mean he spins faster now? Skarner can capture pillars on SR? kinda meh...lets see what they do? oh....make him faster...thats it?
