i would like to see some mastery that is related to only one champion. A mastery that changes/improves abilties in some way

Example CASSIOPEIA Ferocity Choose between: -Extend Noxious Blast duration to 4s -Every Twin Fang used after first does 10% more damage (stacks up to 3 times)

Cunning -Reduce number of stacks to get third passive upgrade and give +5% more AP -Noxius blast bonus MS +15%

Resolve -Twin Fang heal is doubled -If enemies stays 2s inside of Miasma they are snared for 1s

I know it would be a huge work since there are a lot of champions but it will be so cool!

That's very cool but it'd take ages to make probably.

Probably a bad idea since it would be hard to know which of the masteries somebody has, not to mention it'd take ages to make

It would take ages to make and literally you would have to choose a new mastery each time you play a champ.
