Exploiting Kayle Infinite E Cooldown + No mana usage

what are you referring to?

If your talking about mid to late game Kayle always having her E off cool down that is her whole identity.

Thats called CDR, it was intended that her E has less cooldown than the buff when building CDR, because she has a greater need and benefit of it after mid game

not useful if you are trading other stats for it. can learn to live with a bit of downtime and having more bang on your up time much more valuable.

most of the time, i have maybe 1 sec of cooldown with out the buff. I usally end up around 30 something cdr. kinda useless with out almost infinite e mid-late game. She is late hyper carry. Laning can suck, espically if your up against an early power champ
