Annie Rework (cause everyone's doing it)

It seems like a lot of people (quite understandably) have been QQing about Annies synergy with her ult and passive, which can prevent people from escaping all while Nuking the poor suckers who get caught. While this is more or less balanced by the fact that she has short range, and limited mobility. Yet still cancerous because her Flash engage combo can happen in milliseconds. Leaving little counterplay. The reason why I am placing this rework proposal is partially because I don't really like the other proposals that have been presented. But also because she has an older kit, which should be made to be more interesting.

Goal: Her Identity

When reworking any champ, We should take careful consideration into What that champs Identity is. What their strengths should be? and how can we create these strengths that gives them a healthy skill cap, while offering counterplay. Most people have suggested a delay in Annies Tibbers cast, offering more opportunities to react. The problem is that her style of play is an Engage mage/support. Engage, needs a fair amount of reliability to work. By all means, lose the stun, or add a delay, but compensate her in a way that maintains her Identity as potent team engage.

The Big Change

The big problem people seem to have is when her ult is ready, and when her passive is ready. People complain that when those two things are up. The big change is, Too make Tibbers more powerful when "out," rather than "up." This means reducing the nuking potential of Tibbers, (including the insta stun) but making Tibbers itself, more menacing.

I never play with Matches

In order to make tibbers more interesting, more menacing, and promoting Annie's them of an insane pyromaniac. Tibbers will duplicate Annie's spell cast.

The changes

Keep in mind that I'm too lazy to actually come up with numbers for most of these changes. So imagine the kit itself (assuming it's strength was fair) The only real reason why I'm posting this is to give Riot Ideas.

Passive- Pyromania Sorry Tibbers: Pyromania's stun now only proc on basic offensive Abilities cast. (Q and W) (But see Below) You want to play too?: Tibbers casts a copy of Annies basic spells when on the field. This can proc Pyromania. Does reduced damage if both Annie, and Tibbers cast hit the same target.

Q- Disintegrate Hop, Skip, Poke: Is now a skill shot. Still refunds mana and reduces on Unit kill Tibber's cast: Cast in Direction of mouse pointer. (Think of it like Lulu's Gliterlance)

W- Incinerate Tibber's cast: Cast in same Direction as Annie does. (which shouldn't be towards each other.)

E- Molten Shield Your on Fire: Now does DoT damage for 3 seconds after being hit with an auto attack. No really, your on fire.: new Graphics that shows when enemies get burned. Tibber's cast: Get's the same shield. (not much different from live) no longer gets a speed buff.

R- Summon Tibbers (The Big one) New Cast effect: Annie throws Tibbers at target location. (taking some travel time.) Tibbers Transforms in mid throw and slams the ground burning all enemies near by. (Way lower damage, bigger area) And slowing them. Tibbers, have you been working out?: Tibbers Auto Attack damage now scales with AP. Tibbers health now scales with Annie's bonus health. Wait for me: Annie gains bonus movement speed, when moving towards Tibbers. I'll smite you: Tibber's now has 50% damage reduction from smite.

Closing comments

The new Tibbers Summons is partially inspired by Gnar Transformation, and pantheon ult. Creating a slow Zone on impact creates a wonderful opportunity for the team to follow up. And not Reliant on an Insta stun. But the increase AoE makes it more reliable for hitting multiple Targets. The double cast was designed to create a Puppet Master type feel, which is some what unique. In Annie's back story, tibbers isn't just an animated teddy bear. It's an actual beast that Annie tamed with her magic.

Because Tibbers would be stronger when out, (rather than up) He needs to be big and Burly. Another reason for the duel cast is to increase Tibbers damage, not from the act of summoning. Not sure if it's too much with the Constant AoE damage it already does. The Idea behind the Auto Attack increase was to allow tibbers more single target damage. Rather than ambient AoE damage. The other part that I Questioned was the smite reduction. Since Tibbers can be more easily killed by uses of a very low CD summoner. Yet adding a bunch of health might make him too tanky. (like when tanking turrets.)

What about Riot? What are their thoughts? They must have some opinion on the state of Annie since it's such a hot topic.
