Gangplank (map buff needed)

I could have posted this on balance but I thought this would also be appropriate.

I'd like to start by saying that the new Gangplank is fun. Among all the chaos of people insta locking him or the like. I manage to role him on ARAM.

One thing I noticed with him on ARAM. His silver Serpents are worthless. You have one lane of minions for 5 champs. Making it practically impossible to get any upgrades.

Haven't played him on TT yet. I would imagine however, that you would still be some what lacking, due to the shorter game time.

I was wondering if his ult upgrades could be made cheaper on these smaller, shorter game modes?

Thoughts?
