My question is, does that make we're just going to abandon other ad casters who do not use crit? I mean and even (who can build crit but it's subpar on him).

There weren't really that many MARKSMEN who built it or had the need to in the first place, comes to mind since you could probably spam ricochet like there's no tomorrow, but there really wasn't a general need for a mana regenerating AD item among marksmen(unless you wanted to have perma Q on with old ashe >.>)

Are we going to see a new item for ad casters then or are they just left waiting till another big update comes around?

the only champion in the game who really likes that item anyways is jungle pantheon and even on him there are better options

So the new ADC Jayce will be op? He is already stronger than any ADC, but has bad late game, because he can't take towers safely. This ER will give him really good stats.

Jayce stronger than adc? He's a combo centric AD caster, only part of his kit that makes his gameplay relatable to adc for a while is cannon W (which also makes him not build any AS since it gets wasted) He fulfills a diffrent role than a marksman does, which is why he's played top (and mid in the past) instead of bottom.

Most of his kit doesn't benefit from crit (and the crit stat is usually paired up with attack speed on most items) so you'll only see IE built on him albeit rarely since it's a win more kind of item on Jayce

I tried the item on burst ADC Tf (Triforce with gold card W, and hopefully an E), and I found that it was just flat out better to buy a Bloodthirster most of the time.
