I'm not too happy about a Zed buff on time for Worlds, since he's pretty popular in the LCS already (hello Lee Sin), so if this buff is real then it's obvious what they really want. :/
I demand a similar buff for Syndra, since they make the OTP! D:<
That would be a horrible thing to do. Zed would literally have a 100% ban rate and never be played again.
