Letter Grade Percentiles?

I know that the letter grade you receive after a game is relative to other players playing that position with that champ, but does anyone know what percentile you have to be in for an S- or an S+? Does anyone know what the average grade is? I used to think C was average but now it seems to be that B is average. I'm not sure though. Please tell me what you think! :D
